In the edit menu tab of the admin system, click to the right of the page you would like to move. You will then be taken to a list of pages with move here buttons beside them. If you would like to move the page to the main menu, click the move here button to the right of Home. If you would like to move the page into the sub menu of another part of the site, click the move here button next to that section page. For example, if you wanted to a page to appear in the sub menu on the about us page, you would click the move here button to the right of about us.

The page you have chosen to move will say "Moving..." next to it.
