Skills Required

HTML5 / CSS3 / .Less / Jquery / Bootstrap3 / XSLT / GIT / Visual Studio / MSSQL (basic install & DB transfer etc.)

To be able to build/modify a theme based on a design supplied as a PSD.
To be able to test that design on all content types and CMS layout options.
To be able to ensure a theme is responsive and works well on all devices.
To be able to rename a theme and setup configurable options.
To be confident entering the clients content into the site using appropriate modules.
To be able to override specific module and content type templates to make specific layout changes.
To finesse / snag a theme for a client once the content is in place.
