The pin feature allows you to fix file nodes at specific positions in your graph view.

Pin one node

• Right-click on any file node to access the pin/unpin option
• Pinned nodes remain in place when the graph is rearranged
• Only works with file nodes (not applicable to tags or unresolved links)
• Unpin nodes the same way to allow them to move freely again

Pin multiple nodes

• Open the Graph Controls
• Expand the "Options" section of the plugin
• Click on "Pin multiple nodes"
• Set up the query and the shape

• Validate

In this example, the nodes corresponding to the property "Clan" (in a pentagon shape) have been pinned in a circle.

[!IMPORTANT] Make sure you save your state if you want to preserve the position of the nodes!
