Wireframe Notes - Edge-Locksmith-Services/Locksmith-website GitHub Wiki

Description

A sketch of a wire frame is a rough estimate of what a system is supposed to look like and contains a rough idea of what elements are needed for the system. A low fidelity wireframe would be a skeleton of the system that would only have the bare bones of needed elements. The low fidelity would inform designers and devlopers the location of images, text, and other elements would go. A medium fidelity would contain more detail than the low fidelity counterpart it would include accurate spacing, headlines, and buttons. Each of these allow for easier planning as they allow a visualization of how the product should and what it needs to contain.

Process

The process that I took to develop the wireframe for my project is to determine the major points that the client requires and what they want the final product to look like. I determined that the client wants to have separate pages on the website listing the contact information of the company, what services the company offers, background information about the company, and a home page that could access each page. I then created a sketch that showed the pages and where some of the elements would go on each page. After that I created a medium fidelity wireframe that contained multiple different pages and the associated elements.
