Problem Statement

The company has noticed a decline in new customers that are scheduling appointments to have services such as lock repair, key replacement, or new installation of new hardware such as Deadbolts, Safes, and other hardware. The goal of this project is to develop a software that can lead to an increase in business for the company. Success would be defined as profits increasing or more customers being severed in a certain amount of time. A consequence of this problem is profits are down causing issues within the company. We assume that business would increase as a result of the successful completion of the project.

Assumptions

• The creation of a company specifc website will lead to a higher amount of business.
• The website is usable by all
• Customers would make use of the website
• The website is an effective medium of communcation describing the company and its purpose.
