3. add survey through django admin so that the survey object has an index to look for.
   • /admin/hnfp/survey/
   • just give the survey a name. no need to add any questions.

Note:

Need to test fresh install. Fresh install on new macbook was not functioning correctly. this may have been because i did not have dependencies setup correctly on new comp. However, copying files over from old macbook, deleting .vagrant dir, and running vagrant up worked fine.
