User stories based on functional requirements.

1. As a user I want to have log in/out function for the peoples who will post their Ad in our website Only.

Confirmation/Acceptance:

• User will need a contact number and a password to create an account.
• User will be able to log in and log out of the system.

2. As a user a system must show the Full Rental related information.

Confirmation/Acceptance:

• User will have to fill the necessary field.
• User will be able to see the information.

3. As a user I want a system to suggest best rooms in my budget.

Confirmation/Acceptance:

• User will get a list of rooms which will be best for him within his budget.

4. As a user I want to search different rooms according to my need.

Confirmation/Acceptance:

• Using this feature user can find user's needed room.
• User must search room names accurately like single room, double room etc.

5. As a user i want a system which can show reviews of different clients of the Rental Ad.

Confirmation/Acceptance:

• User must login to see different reviews of clients.

6. As a user i want a system which can show Feedback of different sectors of the room of different clients of the Rental Ad.

Confirmation/Acceptance:

• Using this feature user can see feedback's of different sectors like washroom, wall, kitchen etc.

8. As a user I want to complaint against someone(Roommate) or about something else inside the room . So that rules and regulations can be maintained smoothly.

Confirmation/Acceptance:

• User have to put text or image or both as input in ‘Complaint box’ panel.
• After putting necessary inputs in panels the user have to click ‘post’ button to post.
• ‘Complaint box’ posts will be only visible to administration.
