Bootstrap

The bootstrap repo is an installer, updater, and backup tool for EXIOBASE. It creates the necessary directory structure, and clones/pulls the repositories. It can also create backups of the installation.

For usage information, see the README.md for bootstrap.

Notes:

• At time of writing (20240627), only one installation of Exiobase in a given system is allowed. This is due to the pip editable installs for datamanager and macrodb having an absolute path. If there's time, might add an environment option into bootstrap to accommodate multiple installs (by noting the datamanger environment name in a config file in the root of the installation).
