This business rule governs how specimens are accessed and managed within a selected phytosociological analysis.

Implementation Details
- Access to specimen operations (view, add, edit, delete) is only enabled when an analysis is selected
- Specimens are accessed via the "Species Data" tab inside the analysis workspace
- UI disables specimen options if no analysis is selected
- Attempting direct URL access without context should redirect or block the action
