Implementation Details
- Creation must be initiated from within a selected and existing Project
- The form must validate the presence and format of all required fields
- Sampled Area must be calculated based on Plot Data unless an exception is explicitly justified
- Form Factor values must be validated against standard acceptable ranges
- Prevent save if required information is missing
- Provide user feedback with validation messages
