Implementation Details

  • The "General" tab displays a consolidated dashboard with key indicators and a summary of the selected phytosociological analysis.
  • This panel is only accessible if the selected analysis has specimen data entered and basic calculations (Density, Dominance, Frequency, Volume) have been processed.
  • Displayed Analysis Registration Data: Name, Coordinates, Date, Description, Observations.
  • Displayed Analysis Indicators: Total Number of Individuals, Number of Species, Density (ind/ha), Basal Area (m²/ha), Volume (m³/ha), Replacement Volume (m³), Number of Plots, Sampled Area (ha), Collector's Curve, Shannon Index (H’), Simpson Index (D), Pielou's Equitability Index (J’).
  • All indicators are clickable for potential drill-down or further details (if applicable).
  • The dashboard is updated in real-time as new specimen data is added or altered, or calculations are processed.
  • Graphs presented include:
    • Phytosociological Parameters Graph: Displays Absolute Dominance (DA), Relative Dominance (DR), Absolute Frequency (FA), Relative Frequency (FR), Absolute Dominance (DoA), Relative Dominance (DoR), Cover Value Index (IVC), and Importance Value Index (IVI).
    • Collector's Curve Graph: Displays Number of species (Y-axis) against Sampled area (m²) based on plots.
