1. This use case begins when the client company contacts the consulting company and requests a service; 2. This use case begins when the consulting company analyzes all activities that should be carried out, including financial and deadline analysis; 3. The consulting company formulates a document to demonstrate its environmental management project for the client company to analyze and respond if it agrees; 4. The client company then accepts the proposal.
