Main Success Scenario
1. This use case begins when the consulting company analyzes the client's project; 2. Then the consulting company informs what should be aligned in the client's project; 3. The consulting company requests environmental licenses for the activity; 4. The environmental agency accepts the request and forwards the licenses containing the activity conditions; 5. The conditions are carried out as requested; 6. The activity term of the license has expired; 7. The project is finalized.
