Program: EMdpextract

This utility program can be used to extract five different image maps from a dot product file generated by one of the dictionary indexing programs. The program takes only one input parameter, namely the name of the dot product file without the .h5 extension. The program then creates a folder by that same name, and places tiff files for the following quantities in it: Orientation Similarity Map (OSM), Image Quality map (IQ), Confidence Index map (CI), Average Dot Product map (ADP), and Kernel Average Misorientation map (KAM).
