Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate searches and screen resumes.
• Manage the recruiting process from start to finish, including interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
