Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II is a platform game developed by Dimps and Sonic Team and published by Sega. It was released for Microsoft Windows, Android, iOS, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 throughout May 2012. The game is the follow-up to Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode I and the second episode of an intended trilogy. A third episode was planned but ultimately cancelled.

AMBextract can extract the game's .amb files. Since the links tools in the post linked above no longer work, you'll have to download them through Wayback Machine:

Switch Toolbox can convert .dds files to .png. It can be found here.
Sega NN Tools can import models that use the aforementioned model formats into Blender. It can be found here.
Random Talking Bush's Sega *NO MaxScript can import models from the Windows and Xbox 360 versions of the game into 3ds Max.
Sonic Audio Tools can extract .csb files by drag-and-dropping them onto Csb Editor. The tool can be found here.
OBBExtract can extract the .OBB files from the Android version of the game. The source code of the tool can be found here, and a precompiled version of the tool can be found here.
1. Running the MaxScript
Before you begin, you will need to run this MaxScript. To do so, select "Scripting > Run Script...", then select the MaxScript.
2. Importing a model
When you run the script, this window should appear:
Select one of the options, then select the file you want to import.
3. Exporting a model
To export a model, select "File > Export > Export..." and save the model wherever you want (you can also change the file type before saving).
