  • AV documentation - documentation/tidying still to do. Documentation needs to be put on somewhere safe wiki (Jake) #2045
  • Post-induction emails, (Jackie)
  • Induction processes to be reviewed (Mike and Jackie)
  • Run more workshops (Everyone) #1985
  • Create events space booking document that can be used for promotion (Chris T)
  • Investigate tap to pay device, looking for old phone to use for that (Jackie) https://github.com/DoESLiverpool/somebody-should/issues/2046
  • Procedure to induct event organisers (Jackie & Mike)
  • Wall of names: Adrian to update ticket, downgrade from engraved brick to fancy acrylic, and ask Seán for list of names. but others welcome to get involved, talk to Chris or Adrian if you want to help.
  • Future Gazing Day: Theme/Date Todo pick a date for this.
  • Improve reporting of broken sewing machines Suggestion is to put up signage to make this clearer to people using the machines. Make sure the names of the machines are clear so we can track which are breaking
  • People who make things at DoES [#1523] Jackie to do this
  • Organise a hack the space event on 17th Jan
  • Organise a Pat test event (Mike)
  • Set up whiteboard to give another route to contribute to issues in the space (Chris H)
  • Mike still talking to people interested in taking Gerald
  • Mike to send an issue to the Google Groups about a refresher/upgrade for working with Fiona Laser Cutter
  • Jackie to target emails to people who had recent inductions
  • Mike to email google groups to recruit new members to the maintenance team
  • Jackie to send a link to people to show us how to access more calendars
  • John to check if the evening events payments are showing up in the cost of doing epic and the charts
  • Fibre arts team will lead on raising the issue of keeping the space tidy and using equipment appropriately, Michael Dales also happy to help
  • Chris T to create physical broken labels that can be put in place on broken equipment
