My NS Account offers both non-production and production environments. We strongly recommend integrating your non-production application(s) into our non-production environment. Once successfully integrated, simply repeat these processes for a production integration.

Request Signing/Encryption Certificates

  1. Download and complete a copy of our My NS Account Certificate Signing Request Form

  2. Generate CSR and Private Keys for Signing and Encryption Certificates

  3. Return both CSR files and the completed Certificate Signing Request Form to [email protected]

Certificates are typically turned around within 2 business days.

Certificates generated for non-production integrations are not acceptable for use with production integrations. Please request a separate set of cryptographic documents for production integrations.

Metadata

  1. Download the My NS Account RFC Form.xlsm document and follow the “Completing an RP Connectivity Form” instructions

  2. Create an RP metadata file that includes the end-points of your application. Choose either: SAML metadata template or view our OIDC templates

  3. Send the metadata file and completed My NS Account RFC Form to: [email protected]

Once your application metadata has been received, an My NS Account integration advisor will provide the IdP Metadata file your application will need to facilitate secure communicate with My NS Account

The metadata integration process is usually completed within 3 business days. Once integrated, you will be notified, asked to test the integration and provide confirmation

Production integrations

Prior to launching your production service, complete the Login Support Helpdesk Form and send to: [email protected].
