L1 Service Desk - End User Support

My NS Account Help Desk provides level one (L1), end user support. L1 support receives general login enquiries from users, unrelated to your application. This service is offered in a bilingual format (English and French) for any service connected to My NS Account Production environment.

Hours of Operation

The Service Desk is available from 8AM – 8PM (AT) Monday to Friday, with the exception of Nova Scotia Provincial Holidays.
