Start:

If customer wants to make a reservation, they can use our online app.

Task:

customer can enter their menu , time and restaurant name in our chat bot.

Task:

Depends on their input ,our service will check the availability

Decision:

check if there is free table or not.If no table is available, the customer should leave.

If a table is free,a reservation has been made in advance.

customer get the confirmation about restaurant name.

Menu items and time will be displayed in the kitchen. So that chef can organize it on time.
