Steps to Create VCN

1.Create a Hub-compartment and inside Hub-compartment create two child compartments

2.In burger menu click on networking and then click on virtual cloud networks

3.Change the Compartment to Hub_Network_compartment and create network inside that And in Actions option click on Start VCN Wizard.

4.Now in the Connection Type select Create VCN with Internet Connectivity and click on Start VCN Wizard.

5. Now fill all the information and click on Next.

6. Click on create.
