• Log in as admin.

• Press the Windows and “R” keys, type “devmgmt.msc” into the “Open:” box and select “OK.”

• Expand the “Sound, video & game controllers” menu, right-click “Realtek Audio” and select “Update driver.”

• Select “Browse my computer for driver software.”
•

• Select “Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer.”
•

• Check the “Show compatible hardware” checkbox, select “High Definition Audio” then click “Next.”
•

• Select “Yes.”
•

• Restart your PC.
