Problem

You try to process an image but GraXpert process stop with Error code #2 displayed in PixInsight console.

Solution

Most of the time this is due to the fact that GraXpert cannot process the command line or have a problem during the processing.

First thing to do is to check that last release of GraXpert application is properly installed on your system. You can get application from GraXpert Github.

Then you can activate option "Show GraXpert logs" to get more details. You can try to process image with GraXpert application.

If this doesn't help, copy logs and open a case.

Good to know

When GraXpert process detects an error, GraXpert logs are automatically displayed even though you did not check option Show GraXpert logs.

It's important to provide a copy of logs displayed in PixInsight console when you open a case.
