Language & Dependencies

BehaviorDEPOT was written using MATLAB 2020b and requires the following MATLAB toolboxes:

1. Signal Processing Toolbox
2. Curve Fitting Toolbox
3. Image Processing Toolbox
4. Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox

Operating System

Compatibility has been tested on Windows 10, Windows 11, and MacOS Catalina using Matlab 2018 - 2022b.

Installation

BehaviorDEPOT is written as a MATLAB app. Simply open the install file (.mlappinstall file, found in 'installation' folder) and allow MATLAB to install. All of the necessary code is contained within the installation file. It will appear under the ‘Apps’ tab in Matlab. Click the app to launch the GUI.

Installing Previous Versions

Each version of BehaviorDEPOT comes with a separate installation file. To install a particular version, simply download and install the corresponding file (e.g. v1.0, v1.1).
