In kakashi there are commands, which are used in OOC chat. Commands are working on a permission system, i.e. to use any command, you need to have the right for it. List of permissions:

• KICK
• BAN
• MODIFY_USERS
• CM
• GLOBAL_TIMER
• MOTD
• ANNOUNCE
• MODCHAT
• MUTE
• UNCM
• BYPASS_LOCKS
• IGNORE_BGLIST

• CONFRELOAD
• SUPER

All clients have NONE permission. If there are simple authentication then the moderators gain 'SUPER' permission, which allows them to use any command. If advanced authentication used, such rights have root user, through which other users are created and assigned roles with certain rights. For example, a user with a role that only has the right to KICK can kick clients, but cannot ban, because they don't have BAN right.
