New Function

Creates a new mcfunction with documentation options.

Usage: bed new function [options] <names...>

Arguments:
  names                                  function names as "foo/bar"

Options:
  -c, --commands [function commands...]  the commands in the function
  -d, --description <description>        the description of the function, used as a comment
  -s, --source <source>                  where is this function called from, used as a comment
  -o, --origin <origin>                  who is @s within this function, used as a comment
  -h, --help                             display help for command
