This screens shows all the items for a delivery container. The screen is opened from the Delivery Containers for Delivery Note screen when clicking on a delivery container row. The list shows the item numbers as well as a description for each item. The last column on the right shows whether the item has been marked as delivered or not. There are several methods to mark items as delivered:

• Deliver All: at the top right hand corner of the list there's a checkbox that allows the operator to tick it which will flag all items on the delivery containers delivered. The Delivered Quantity set on each item will be set to the Expected Quantity i.e. indicating that all items of the given type were delivered. N.B. when using this deliver all option, only items that have not been marked as delivered will be edited. Items that already have a custom delivered quantity set, will not be updated and therefore will retain their original value.
• Deliver expected quantity: if the quantity being delivered is the same as the expected quantity, the easiest method of marking the item as delivered is to simply click on the Delivered checkbox along side the item in the list. This will automatically set the Delivered Quantity of the item to the original Expected Quantity i.e. in order words the full quantity was delivered.
• Details: deliver different quantity: if there is any discrepancy between the Expected Quantity and the actual quantity being delivered, this can be set by clicking the Details button which will open the Item Details screen allowing the operator to set the details of the item.
