Users

• Users in the system are the users accessing the NStock website.

This screen displays the lists of users registered to the website

• Every user needs to be assigned access to one or more sites.

Displayed Details

• User name
• Email Address
• Enabled (check box)
• Name
• Surname
• Mobile
• Emails : Checked if email notifications enabled.
• Info Email : Checked if info based email notifications are enabled.
• Error Email : Checked if error based email notifications are enabled.
• Date Created

Create

Click button to display the create dialog.

This dialog will display the required fields for a website user.

User Details

• Username : Login name for user.
• Email address : Alternative login and reset password email.
• Name : First name of user being registered.
• Surname : Surname of user being registered.
• Mobile number : Mobile number of user being registered.

User Settings

• Enabled : Is user able to log onto the site.
• Enable Email Notifications : Is user able to receive email notifications.
• Enable Info Email : Is user able to get information based emails.
• Enable Info Email : Is user able to get error based emails.

Buttons

• Ok Button : Save new user details.
• Cancel Button : Close button.

Information

• The user's password will be system generated and sent to the user at the specified email address.

Record buttons:

These are the buttons which appear after you select a record (user).

PWD

On click of this button the new password dialog will be displayed.

This dialog will enable user to change the selected user's password.

Fields

• User name : This field cannot be edited.
• New Password
• Confirm New Password : This field must match the new password field.

Edit

This dialog will display the current details for a registered website user.

Delete

This button will prompt the delete user dialog:

The dialog will display the username of the user you are deleteing.

• Ok Button : Will delete the selected record.
• Cancel Button : Will close the user dialog button.
