Headbutt Tree Updates

The trees around Johto that can be interacted with using Headbutt have received some notable changes:

• A wild Pokémon should appear each time the player uses Headbutt.
• The Pokémon lists for each encounter group have been updated. The appearance rate for each Pokémon is now more balanced between the 2-3 Pokémon available in most areas. A few rare trees will have a higher chance for the rare Pokémon in that area to appear, but they still have the same Pokémon available.
• If the Pokémon that drops from the tree is defeated or caught, there's a chance for an item to drop as well. This may be a berry, an apricorn, or one of a few special items.

Each encounter group uses the same list of available Pokémon.
