PicoRun4.2_1E17_RHC

Based on PicoRun4.1, but with a fix to the pass-through GENIE tree (DetSimPassThru/gRooTracker) in the edep-sim files. In the previous PicoRun, the pass-through tree contained the first N events of the file, where N is the number of events that deposit energy in a detector volume. What we actually wanted were those N detectable events, not the first N events. (In other words, the tree had the right length, but the wrong events.)

This PicoRun was mainly used for testing the CAF maker.
