Call started at 12:05pm EDT
The call started with a review of the open pull requests. It was agreed to merge the crypto wg one so further work could be done in the working branch. The next topic was a review of AKs optional. This was also merged based on agreement in the group.
The next topic was FDP_SDC_EXT.1 → FDP_SDC.2. This was discussed raising questions about the dependency of the new SFR (FCS_COP.1) and what protected storage means in that case. A summary of the discussion outcome is tracked in the issue comment. Brian will work on a proposed update using this SFR (or removing it completely based on the comment from Bob about whether this is needed).
Next was a discussion about FMT_MOF_EXT.1 → FMT_LIM. The pros and cons of this were discussed. While the new requirements are close, they aren’t quite right either, and the proposed change would seem to be using them incorrectly. The agreement was to close this and not make the change.
Brian then asked everyone to take a look at the side channel issue for the next call since this needs to be resolved. Bob said he would look at the GCPC and provide some comments about what he thinks should be done. Brian will review and propose a pull request based on that.
