Minutes

The call started with a discussion about the current issues for the v1.1 update.

It was agreed that some of the prioritization may be difficult to determine beyond working on the cPP before the SD. Other than that, what should be done first could be debatable. Brian thought that there were several possible ways to go, and suggested at a minimum all the overview Issues should be grouped together and worked on as one. Brian created a new label for this Introduction that can be used to group these together more easily. These will be one of the later sets of issues to be worked on since other changes to the cPP may impact what is written in the overview.

Brian then suggested that maybe the first set of issues to be resolved should be all the smaller typos or editorial changes like improper references. The thinking is that resolving these would be easier now before what could be more major changes that may make finding the issue difficult. To help with this, Brian will review all the current issues and clear out all the "technical" labels and leave "editorial" labels only on issues that can be resolved with very simple fixes. These will then be the first priority to fix (probably in a few large pull requests), across both cPP and SD.

Brian provided a quick review of how to navigate through the repo for Jim and Jerry to know where everything is and how to make approvals on the pull requests so they can be merged in.

The call ended at 12:49pm EDT.
