If you are done with all your required program credits including your dissertation credit hours, you can request for "Reduced Course Load".

Follow the following steps:

1. Request for course permission for CSE/CEN 795 (Continuing Registration Credit) by filling this form and submitting it to this page. Three documents are required to be attached: the permission request form, email approval, and your transcript
2. After approval from SCAI, register for 1 credit of CSE/CEN 795 in your myasu semester registration.
3. Submit the Reduced Course Load (RCL) eForm via the ISSC eForm Portal.

The eForm is accessible by clicking on the "F-1/J-1 Student Services" tab. It is required to finish the RCL quiz first with 80% or more grade. The link to the quiz is provided in the above page.

Note: All requests must go through [email protected]. This includes listing the advisor as "SCAI Graduate Advising" with email: [email protected]. Do not list any advisor or faculty names.

4. Once you received the Reduced Course Load approval email, then you can proceed with the semester.
