Milestone Description: In this milestone, we aim to create the basic UI and layout for our amazing app! The app will have a home screen, where navigation to any screen can occur, while having a consistent color scheme throughout. The app should be openable as a user, showing the main screen where you can find a way to navigate to all over screens. This milestone does not include the specific implementation of each screen, but lays the foundation of where each screen will eventually be and how to get there.

Central Use Case of the Milestone: As a stakeholder, I want to see the app home screen, navigation, and settings screen, in order to get a look and feel of how the app will be put together and used.

Requirements

Functional Requirements

  • The app can be started by the user
  • The app has a starting app icon as well as a logo
  • The app shall contain a basic layout for navigation to different screens
  • The app shall have a consistent color scheme throughout the app
  • The app shall have a home screen when opening the app

Non-Functional Requirements

  • The home screen shall be clear, showing all parts of the system and how to get to them
  • Navigation through the app should be consistent, where the main screen should be accessible within 2 clicks.
