How often you are going to meet?

We are meeting twice a week, Thursdays and Sundays at 20:30 with a 1.5h slot, on Discord with the whole team. Of course, these time slots can be adapted if necessary. Additionally, everyone is free to meet up on campus and online for pair programming and additional collaboration.

When someone cannot attend a meeting, they should let us know at least 8h in advance and send in feedback to the agenda and given homework in text format before the meeting. This way their feedback can be taken account and discussed as well during the meeting, and no one ends up with unexpected surprises.

Thursday meetings

  • Focus on the upcoming assignments
  • Mid week progress update

Sunday meetings

  • Focus on the monday presentations
  • Week progress update

Which communication channels are you going to use?

  • Discord for chatting in general and meetings.
  • GitHub for code reviews and discussions regarding features, tasks, etc.

How will you try to solve conflicts?

Meetings with opposing parties discussing problems and finding solutions, allowing each person to speak their mind while being respectful and courteous.
