CDCR's CTS Tablets for Incarcerated Individuals
The wireless tablet issued to incarcerated individuals in CDCR custody as part of the Department's Communication and Technology Solution (CTS) is a Chengu Vantron Technology device with moderate specs running a heavily modified version of Android designed by JACS Solutions under contract with GTL.
CTS Device Features
