What are CTS Information Services and Electronic Repository? One of the business objectives of CDCR's CTS is to provide Information Services to Incarcerated Individuals. Specifically, the contract contemplates improving "access to general information regarding policies, regulations, procedures, manuals, and other essential information" by establishing "an electronic repository where individuals could access and search for information." The electronic repository is expected to benefit the department by: * Ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources * Ensuring access to information within mandated timeframes * Reducing the number of hard copy documents requested by and provided to incarcerated individuals Although the CTS does not currently contain a single, searchable electronic repository as contemplated by the contract, CDCR is able to make electronic documents and information available to incarcerated individuals on the CTS using several apps: * Facility Information App * Facility Messages App * Notices App * Facility Edovo App * GTL Library App * Religious Library App](https://github.com/DE4II/advocacy-tools/wiki/Religious-Library-App) * Health Notices App
