Keep backups

You need to keep backup of your profiles. Bugs, new and old can corrupt a profile and especially the Streamdeck configuration is vulnerable since it contains much more detailed information.

New release

It is a good idea to copy your profiles to a backup folder before using a new release. In case of corruption you can then go back a version and use the backed up profiles.
