Need Statement

SBM Bank understands the difficulty of its employees in their routine activities.Bank is wishing to make their employees work easier by automating coin counting marginally.

Problem definition version 1.2:-

Design a machine sorts the coins which is portable.It should be user friendly. Machine should not exceed the weight of 2 kg .Machine should be of dimensions 2ft2ft2ft which can count at least 10 coins/min. It should not exceed the budget of Rs.4000.

Problem Definition Version 1.3:-

Design a semi-automatic coin counting machine, which is able to accurate counting process, it should be portable and user friendly. Machine should not exceed the weight of 2 kg, should be able to count 10 coins per minute, budget to build the machine should not exceed Rs.4000 and it should work for 5 hours continously. Machine should show the signal after counting is completed. Machine should have smooth finish . Machine should not have sharp edges .Machine should be cleaned easily. Machine should be hard and durable .
