  • Need statement

In some companies the employees to be in formal dress code. So they have to be in tidy formals and well cleaned shoes. So they find difficulty in polishing thier own shoes. So they called us for to design a automatic shoe polishing machine which polishes their shoes quickly and get enough time to do their own work. So we are preparing our automatic shoe polishing machine which can be used by them and could be well treated.

Design a low cost, unisex shoe polishing machine. The machine should be kids safe and light weight. The machine will be used by a single user at a time and I will not be more than 2ft x 2ft x 2ft of size.

Design a low cost, unisex shoe polishing machine. The machine should be kids safe and light weight. The machine will be used by a single user at a time and I will not be more than 2ft x 2ft x 2ft of size. The machine should work on leather shoes and with black color polish. The polish storage capacity needed in the machine is of 1000 ml and dust tray size of 500cc.

Design a low cost, unisex shoe polishing machine. The machine should be kids safe and light weight. The machine will be used by a single user at a time and it will not be more than 2ft x 2ft x 2ft of size. The machine should work on leather shoes and as well as formal shoes so as to polish. The polish is added to the brushes and the brushes will rotate with the help of dc motor and the mechanism used is gear mechanism. The bot is electric driven and be used of two channel relay connected with two DC motors and Arduino. The minimum budget to build complete bot will be within Rs.2000. It should run by a code as we executed in the Arduino. The bot is able to clean the shoes before polishing. The bot will have varying direction controls of dc motor. There is a presence of IR sensor, as it sense the shoes when it is placed in the place where it as to be. After the shoe being placed, the IR sensor is activated and then DC motor starts rotating in specific direction as specified. Then the brushes are rotated with the help of gear mechanism and starts the performance as we expected and it is able to polish the shoes and complete its process.
