Motor Sizing

1)Volume of Shaft(Long) =27227.136 mm3

2)Volume of Gear(3.5 cm)=7969.484 mm3

3)Volume of Gear(4 cm)=10709.274 mm3

4)Volume of Gear(4.5 cm)=13841.837 mm3

*Total Volume=75686.699 mm3 =75.6866 cm3

*Mass=Density * Volume =Density of metal * Volume = 7.854 * 75.6866 = 594.4425 g/cm3

*Torque= Mass * pi * 0.6 * 1.5 = 594.4425 * 3.142 * 0.6 * 1.5 = 1680.9645 g/cm3 = 1.680 kg/cm3

= The Torque is 1.680 kg/cm3, so we use 60 RPM DC Motor.
