Lodestar.Survival
Survival analysis: the Kaplan-Meier survival function with Greenwood variance and log-log confidence intervals, right- or left-censored, its restricted mean and fixed-time comparison, the Nelson-Aalen cumulative hazard and the Breslow-Fleming-Harrington curve, the log-rank family — weighted, multi-group and pairwise — the concordance index, the Cox proportional-hazards model — stratified, weighted, penalised, robust, with its proportional hazards test, predictions and a time-varying form — Aalen's additive hazards model, and the parametric models: six univariate fits and three accelerated failure time regressions, right-, left- or interval-censored, with weights and delayed entry. No C# implementation of these existed before this package.
Install
dotnet add package Lodestar.Survival
Example
using Lodestar.Survival;
// Three subjects: an event at 1, a censoring at 2, an event at 3.
KaplanMeierCurve curve = KaplanMeier.Estimate([1, 2, 3], [true, false, true]);
double afterFirst = curve.Survival[1]; // 0.666…
Parity
Replayed against lifelines.
docs/equivalence.md maps each Python call to its C#
counterpart, with every deliberate divergence.
Dependencies
A core package (decision 0003),
built for net10.0 and netstandard2.0:
