The erosion operator simulates hydraulic erosion, carving slopes and depositing sediment to create realistic terrain features. It helps add natural wear and flow patterns to landscapes.
Parameters
- Iterations: Number of erosion cycles to apply.
- Sediment Amount: Controls how much material is moved.
- Water Flow: Adjusts the strength and direction of erosion.
Usage
Apply erosion after shaping and noise operators to refine terrain and add realistic details. Use multiple iterations for more pronounced effects.
