Commands - CosmicCubicle/PariahBot GitHub Wiki

Commands

16 slash commands, plus 3 right-click actions. Staff come in two levels (see Server-Roles):

  • (Admin): Discord's Administrator permission, or an admin role (/setup admin-role add).
  • (Mod): a mod role (/setup mod-role add), or any admin.

Manage Channels alone is neither. Everything else is open to all members.

Run npm run deploy after changing any command definition, or Discord won't show the change.

Open to everyone

Command What it does
/help Lists every currently registered command and its options — generated from what's actually loaded, so it's never out of date.
/ping Bot and Discord API latency.
/level rank [user] Your level and XP, or someone else's.

Not admin-gated: it's scoped to whoever owns the channel they're connected to.

Subcommand Effect
name <name> Rename your channel
limit <n> Set a user limit (0 = unlimited)
lock / unlock Stop / allow new people joining
kick <member> Disconnect someone from your channel

transfer <member> Hand ownership to someone else in the channel

Admins can switch off any of these for owners, except claim, with /voice owner-control.
