Iteration 2 Summary
Iteration 2 was approved by the DSB chair on Mon 30/03/2020 and concluded on 03/04/2020.
Iteration 2 forms the scope of Standards release v1.3.0 along with concurrent consent and some CX changes.
The purpose of the iteration was providing clarity for non-majors for product reference data prior to non-major PRD obligations in July 2020.
In total there were:
- 13 change requests
- 7 resulted in changes being adopted
- 5 resulted in no change
- 1 resulted in no decision with the requested to be carried over into Iteration 3

Current feedback and themes
- At the request of the original poster, CR #79 has been carried over into Maintenance Iteration 3.
- URI Encoded images - request to provide additional clarity

- Product Data v3: creation of Decision Proposal for tiered fees.

- Participants reiterated support for at-cost fees CR #168: New Product Fee Type - CALCULATED (to address issue #161)
- Request was made to consider issues CR #177: Negative Available Balance in Get Balances response and CR #176: Update Query Parameter Transaction
