• The Third meeting for MI 24 aimed to consult on candidates in this iteration.

• The current version is 1.35.0 published on 29 July 2025.
• Targeted V1.36.0
  • Consultation Draft 371 - Maintenance Iteration 23
    • Consultation on changes arising from MI23 is expected in the coming weeks
• Changes arising from this MI will be published in version 1.37.0 or later.

CX

• TBA CX Guidelines - ACCC Onboarding - White Labelling Scenarios
  • In consultation with partner agencies on requirements.
  • No further information to share at this time.

Banking

• TBA - Outstanding Banking Issues
  • ACTION: DSB to review issues #283, #284, #567 and #569 to determine the best way to proceed.
• 687 - Bank account balance calculation time is indeterminate
  • Dependent on outcome of issue #656 in MI22 Decision and #173 to then be considered for inclusion in the current release.
• 697 Commercial Credit Card Structure under Get Account Details
  • The detail in this comment suggests a compliant way to deal with the scenario.
    • ACTION NAB and other participants to review proposal and provide views or suggest alternative solutions.

Register

• 706 Client authentication for Get Data Holder Brands
  • OUTSTANDING ACTION: Participant thoughts on whether the API could be made public or if there are particular concerns or sensitivities around that information are welcomed.
  • Potential options include:
    • adding detail to Get Data Holder Brand Summary;
    • adding a new end point; and
    • removing authentication from Get Data Holder Brands.

All of the following CX issues are in progress, with no specific update to provide. All issues will be considered as candidates for MI24 and can be carried over into MI25 if there is insufficient feedback from the community or capacity to complete them.

• 700 - CX Guidelines - Redirect to App (R2A) CX Guidelines Changes
• 701 - CX Guidelines - Data Language Standards changes stemming from CD367
• 702 - CX Guidelines - Required and voluntary data - Authorisation
• 703 - CX Guidelines - Pre-Consent
  • OUTSTANDING ACTION: Skript and SISS to post details of current Nominated Representative experiences on this issue.
  • OUTSTANDING ACTION: DSB to refer Nominated Representative comments from Skript and SISS to Treasury.

• 173 - Behaviour where posted transactions only have an associated date
  • DSB will make further contact with Data Holders impacted by this change in the coming fortnight to either update standards or guidance accordingly.
  • Participants are requested to provide further feedback on the options provided by DSB.
  • More information will be provided in the next call.
• 696 - BankingAccountV2: productName
  • FDO of these endpoints would align with NBL implementation between July to November 2026
  • Participants discussed the "ProductCode" field may not be required if the "ProductName" definition is modified to clarify its use.
• 707 - Change to BankingProductLendingRateV3 to support a RANGE
  • Participants discussed posting updates to this item within the next week.

Energy

• 474 - Update description of energy API attributes (where applicable) to specify which rates are GST exclusive
  • Participants agreed that this change will be non-breaking if implemented in line with the ZenDesk guidance.
  • ACTION: DSB to update the guidance with specific fields in order to provide clarity.

NOTE: As the Iteration progresses, to allow standards maintenance consultation to focus on the detail of unresolved issues, it is assumed that proposed solutions can be taken forward in a Consultation Draft for the Chairs approval unless there are opposing views raised before the final call of the iteration. The DSB encourages participants to post their views on issues as early as possible.
