Release Plan

• v1.27.0, resulting from MI16, was published on the 10th of October.
• The outcome of MI17 will likely be published in v1.28.0.

Maintenance Iteration 17 Candidates

The issues listed below have been proposed as candidates for this iteration. The DSB encourages participants to review these and post comments for consideration in developing solution proposals.

Banking:

• #593 - Interest paid at maturity guidance for applicationFrequency in BankingProductDepositRate
  • not discussed

Energy:

• #587 - EnergyBillingDemandTransactionV2 - Measure Unit

  • Introducing a new unit of measure has a side effect on an existing field, therefore to avoid misinterpretation on the amount field it will be implemented as a breaking change.
  • Participant requested setting a long retirement date for the old version so that both versions can operate in parallel.

• #613 - Time format change request for Energy Plan Data

  • The option of using ISO 8601 for time fields in energy was discussed and agreed, done either via ExternalRef or defining a new type.
  • DSB to consider feedback and update the ticket with a proposal. ⚡

Errors:

• #412 - Proposal to change specific error codes from MUSTs to SHOULDs
  • Waiting on confirmation to withdraw this issue.

Documentation:

The following issues were not discussed:

• #288 - Gap in CDS specs around the mandatory nature of 'redirect_uri' in the Token Request
• #473 - Add RFC8174 to list of normative references and update the use of Requirements Levels

Additional Issues for discussion

Consumer Experience:

• #616 - Consumer's Data Holder(s) not available in ADR consent flow (potentially list not up-to-date)
  • Issue presented and discussed. Possible reasons why ADRs may not include all relevant data holders: (1)Technical: unsuccessful authentication/authorisation, failed dynamic registrations; (2) Data quality issues; (3) Implementation strategy: to include data holders by tier. Option to word standard in a way to allow for ADR flexibility was discussed.
  • DSB to consider feedback. ⚡

• #610 - Addition of an (18 or over) Age Verification Flag
  • With Treasury for advice.

Other business

NFRs:

• #618 - Modification Request for Stages of Get Metrics v5 "abandonmentsByStage" Object
  • DSB to consider providing more guidance on this issue ⚡
