Action | Why is CTS expecting DHs to poll CDR register with each DCR? There is no requirement for this in any documentation? | CTS matches the register design in that CTS does not expect a call to status endpoints upon receipt of an SSA, nor does it expect a call before the clientID is generated and sent back to the ADR in the registration response. the design implies that that if an SSA was sent to the DH, the ADR can only have been active to do so. Please refer to the technical guidance published on the CDR Support Portal, Scenario 2, Step 4: https://cdr-support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004178766-Updated-list-of-Scenarios-10th-May-2021- |

828 | Can you confirm if there a specific place in the flow, the CDR logo needs to be visible? And is it mandatory for a Data Holder? | The rules allow CX Standards to be made relating to logo use, but no standards have been made nor are they planned at this stage. As such, none of the data standards require CDR logos to be presented to consumers by ADRs or DHs, so any requirements or provisions relating to the CDR logo stem entirely from ACCC's licence. |
829 | Regarding the CX standard of One Time Password as cited on https://consumerdatastandardsaustralia.github.io/standards/#consent-standards, can “One Time Password” be referred to as “one time password” and still satisfy the CX standard quoted in the Authentication Standards table? | Yes, the capitalisation of 'one time password' is not pertinent so using lower case still supports the intent. |
Response pending
Updating the table below - if your question/ ticket has not received a response yet the team continues to work on a response. We do apologise for the delay on some tickets, the teams are doing their best to get to everyone's questions.
To our valued CDR participants, We have undertaken a review of the CDR Support Portal as a channel for providing guidance on CDR Rules. Based on the volume and nature of questions we have received recently, we have decided to move to a model based on publishing guidance to the community, rather than providing individual responses to stakeholder questions. Our goal is to prioritise the provision of guidance that is accessible, transparent and has industry-wide application. We intend to develop this to meet clear community needs, which we will identify and prioritise based on questions and issues raised by stakeholders. We kindly ask for your patience as we work our way through the tickets, feedback and guidance
