- Research update: CX Research completed. 8 consumer participants were interviewed and analysis is currently underway.
- Session 8 (final session) - will be held Aug 27th, giving a 2 week break for report and business case drafting. There will not be a formal session on Aug 21st as previously mentioned.
- AER’s Tariff 101 will be held during the week of the 18th as an informal session from 10AM-12PM. A meeting invite has been sent to participants.
