FishMark scenario

FishMark is a multi-purpose benchmarking scenario using FishBase, a MySQL backed data collection about fish. It is designed to measure performance of several data stores, and generated randomized queries.

The original FishMark benchmark comes together with OBDA mappings for Quest, which was created for an older version of our system with less functionalities. In order to reflect the new changes, we created an optimized version of the use case scenario. In order to use FishMark with Quest, download the following files:
